It sounds like the customer was right in her entire response and was finally taken care of. I found Dan the Spa Man to be very rude and unprofessional. Amazing that he would send a response like that while dealing with a new customer who was having problems with a new spa. Even if he was entirely right this was a sure fire way to keep new and old customers away.
Have read this site for years and have enjoyed my HS Grandee for 10 years I have never posted but this message really got under my skin. As a business owner for 20 years…..the old saying “the customer is always right” is true. Even if their not right they should always be treated as if they were. Debating with a customer on a public forum is no way to resolve an issue.
IMO Beware of Dan the Spa Man. Sounds like your classic Know it All. How does that crow taste? Not sure who owns the dealer, maybe it is you Dan, but I would imagine they would be displeased to read this thread. If you are the owner, Dan, you may want to pick up a pair of kid gloves.
