  1. Well... It would be great if you can see it running without any problems. If you no it works properly..for 500 bucks it might good enough to see if tubbin is for you. If you love it upgrading is always an option. Tough to buy if you dont see it running because there could be some unexpected costs..haha
  2. Agree with the above.. There is alot of great tubs out there for $6000 with full warranties. Might have to sacrifice the audio but finding a quality brand for 6k shouldnt be hard. Check some local dealers.
  3. Agreed...Way to much.. you can a great spa for $5500 brand new with full warranty.
  4. Full foam yes...Chino California made... depending on year prob $7500-$10500. Jacuzzi makes a great product.. seams like a good price if everything is running properly. Make sure you see it running with water before make the purchase..good luck
  5. More than likely I'm going to get the Sundance Optima, but I do plan to checkout the Hot Spring as well. The only issue is that the closest Hot Spring dealer is not in my city, so would be a little bit of pain for future service, etc. Turns out I got a little lucky on the price for the Optima, kinda a long story, but to sum it up, the owner stuck to his word on the price even though some of the variables changed in my favor. Real genuine guy. He mentioned that he actually was still making a little money on it, so the markup must be quite significant on these spas! Anyway, I do appreciate everyone's feedback and guidance throughout my search process. Very much appreciated. After all the research I've done, I do think that I would have been happy with several brands of spas out there....it just came down to the fact that i got lucky on a really good deal on one of them.. I would be interested though if anyone has had any feedback related to Dynasty Spas? Their new to our area, and not alot of history to know whether they are a quality tub or not... I first looked at their Dynasty Liberty Tub, then came across the bullfrog and then Sundance.... I sell the Sundance line in Ohio.. That optima price is incredible!!!!!! If you like the spa and the dealer BUY that spa!!! Dont even waste your time with Dynasty...not even comparing the same quality of spa. Enjoy and Good Luck.
  6. I'm a Sundance dealer in ohio.. Thats a pretty high price comparing to our price unless your using some long term financing? Certa is a nice tub, but cash price im over a $1000 less.
  7. Both are great tubs imo.. cant make a bad decision. Wet test if your able 2 and buy which one you like better. Also a strong dealer is key in helping provide years of worry free ownership.. Good Luck and have fun with the experience.
  8. Well that makes me feel a little better. You mention that you are a former Sundance dealer. Do you sell another brand now? I'd be curious on your perspective another brand of hot tub that you'd recommend as an equivalent or better than the Sundance Optima....... Or you could simply tell me.....Hey, for that price, stop killing yourself...go get the Sundance!!! Im a Sundance dealer in Ohio. That price is insane.. a new 2009 optima my best cash price is 9500.. Sounds to good to be true.. That is cost basically at my shop. the dealer isnt making any money on that..Are they staying in business?? Im intrigued to find out.
  9. Mrs Lei-Wong happy ending shop on the corner of Las Vegas blvd and Sunset
  10. I have been off the boards for a while but I think your price is dependent on where you live. I am in Northern California and got the 480 fully loaded with the stairs, stereo, cover lift, waterfall, lights, etc delivered for 7800...but this is California. I have heard other say that this price is unheard of in other parts of the US and Canada That is a great price. I thought everything was high in California LOL. Around here they are going for around $11,000 - $12,000 with all of the items listed. Im a retailer in ohio.. Im 11000 for cash for all items listed. Thats an awesome spa and that price is great. You'll love it.. Good Luck
  11. Tony thanks so much for responding, We now have come to an understanding and we'd love to go ahead with a purchase, we are looking at the Jacuzzi 480, large and most up to date ...everything. I may give in on the lower power/feel of hydrotherapy as compared to Sundance to appease the size /space advantage of my family since I need a lounge chair and the Sundance maxxus is just too large. Jacuzzi warranty is solid, recommendations are great, just waiting to see what prices are like in canada...can anyone comment ? Grateful....midnite 09' 480 $12000 in ohio
  12. Landmark Home Leisure Jacuzzi Dealer in Toledo Ohio Good Rep if it is not to far of a drive for you
  13. Thats a great price for a 09' optima if that includes everything to get it set up IMO. My market goes for 10500. Not to familiar with the artesian line? But if your comfortable with the optima price wet test and see if you like it. Its a great spa and thats a great price. Good Luck
  14. Im a retailer of Viking tubs in ohio for the past 6 years. They have been a great spa for us to fill the $3000-6000 price ranges. Plus we get very little service/trouble shooting calls on them. They will cost a little more to run then a higher end brand but they wont break the bank like alot of the cheaper brands out there. Wet Test. I would recommend them. Good Luck
  15. Hello Camille Im a Sundance retailer in ohio. Sundance makes a great tub. Those prices arent to out of line on that spa. 2008 model I retailed it cash price for $7000. See if they will throw in a ozinator and try to negotiate a better price. In any event, if you liked the way it feels then buy it. Im sure you'll love it and again its a great spa. good luck
  16. I sell jacuzzi in ohio. That price is unbelievable for that spa with stereo. Nice Job and congrats Thanks, yea I believe I came out with a great deal. Maybe you can answer this one. The only thing mine did not come with is stainless jets. Wife likes them and we are wondering if you can add those on later? New to this type of stuff and have alot to learn.... How old is that 375? They havent been produced without stainless for a couple years. Check the manufacture date on the inside of tub. I hope that it wasn't presented as brand new model. Normally it is not an option on the 300 series to order a tub without stainless, unless it was a screw up. Adding it to a jet is something i am not familiar with.
  17. hello I am a retailer that sells both of those models. Comparing the prices to mine the j-365 is a pretty good price if its for a new one. The caspians price is about par for us. IMO there both good spas. Not going to make bad decision. Like alot of the posts on this site, you should really wet test to see what is more comfortable to you. Personally I like the jetting package in the 365 better from a therapy point of view. Warrantys should be the same. Again wet test and buy from a reputable dealer that will make your buying process alot easier. Good Luck
  18. I sell jacuzzi in ohio. That price is unbelievable for that spa with stereo. Nice Job and congrats
  19. I sell both of them. Both Filters work great. Each of them have there own stories about why theirs is better. You cant make a bad decision with a sundance or hotsprings. See what one your more comfortable in and buy that one. Make sure you have a reputable dealer to support you. good luck
