I have been a lurker here on the forum and have learned quite a bit in researching hot tubs. Since there are only two tub dealers here in the Interior, I feel satisfied with the Arctic spa choice. We have used it at -40F on a regular basis. You have to keep a hat on - but winter and darkness this last year was great combination to enjoy the Northern Lights. However; in the last nine months the dealership has sent employees to my house eight different times to fix problems, including changing out pump #1 three different times, changing out a motherboard and to repair a substatial leak in the plumbing. The frustration of having a tub not reliable was compounded a few days ago when the response from the dealer was to the effect; every spa will require sevice during the warranty period because the technology just cannot support the features. Upon further inquiry of a solution, he flatly told me that this conversation was finished. So now I have a tub without water in my backyard. I know five others that have Arctic Spas and only one other ever had problems with tub component failure. The response from the Arctic Spa dealership was relatively quick each time to address the tub issues and managing clean water ( once the ozonator was finally hooked up ) was relatively easy. The problem is, I know how nice it is to have a working spa; once for a few months
