I have worked with neighbors' pools since the late 1960's, and in the management end of the pool and spa industry since 1979. After successfully developing and running other companies, I started my own company in 1992.

I have a strong understanding of all aspects of pools and spas (construction, chemistry, mechanical, troubleshooting) with a particular interest in non-destructive leak detection and repair. For the last few years underground leak detection and repair have been my primary focus, and I have developed and helped others develop equipment and techniques to increase accuracy and efficiency.

I enjoy educating - which explains my long answers - so I am happy to help out with any particular problems. I also know my limits, so if I don't know or I'm not sure of the answer, I will readily say so.

NOTE: I am looking to collaborate with folks with a chemical and/or mechanical and/or electrical (electronics/computing) engineering background. Some of the specific areas I need help with are hydrophobic adhesives and epoxies, ground conductivity, computerized correlator software, among others.
