  1. This is a great thread and Tiny Bubbles, you lead the way in practical questions. Also I liked your spa pictures! Thanks everyone here for teaching us newbies about how to keep our water perky. Chemgeek: it there a quick check list you might compose for us incorporating the bleach with the others? I get my Spa Monday, and if it's a nice day, may take some pictures of it too. That would help force me to learn Photobucket's use, which is so clearly outlined in another thread. This site is truly a wonderful aide. Thank you all. jmo
  2. Thank you all very much for your suggestions! I appreciate them much. And yes, around our house chore's remain a part of family living. But it's a struggle..... All the best to you, jmo
  3. Why that's right decent of you! Thanks for showing me. And what a pretty hot tub and great looking cover! Care to share the make? Thanks, Mom on a teen mission, jmo
  4. Nice comparison. Thank you. What is the significance of the "electric sub-panal" may I ask. I wet tested a BF yesterday, and noticed the electric heater was next to the two pumps, in the front access area? Is this a teachable moment? Thanks. On a teen mission, jmo
  5. Hello All. I'm brand new to your forum and wish to say thank you all for the well answered threads and willingness to share comments. Any advice on how to approach a Fall, 2007 dealer purchase on either a Hot Spring or BullFrog or other 6 to 8 adult hot tub. My teenagers are crazed with hurry and anticipation as winter approaches (minimum outdoor usually 30 degreesF)? I'm in the market for a strong 2 pump unit, ? separate circulator pump for ozone, wish to avoid Ecosmart if possible by getting a good ozonator (sp?), 220 volt for heater and pump similtaneous run, LCD, cover with lift, stairs included unit for lowest possible price. For seating, I prefer a cool off area, no lounge seats needed, and definite back massage for we tired parents. Energy efficiency a must due to rising costs. Cleanliness with ease, and I've heard constant run is better without on off to have to warm up and re-clean from off period is better. Looking at Hot Spring on Wednesday. Like their warranty. Have wet tested Bull Frog. Like their Jet Packs, front panel access, and ease of comprehension of pumps, heaters. Any comments on these two companies products or alternative? I know those deals are out there including some bells and whistles for my teens (like LCD, ? sound, not interested in waterfall, who thought of that anyways?). How do I find them or negotiate them now? I'm starting higher end in price, yet wish to save for college too! Thanks for any input. I'm a Mom on a Mission of Love! jmo
  6. Travel Spa Guy, Where you able to visit your friend's Bullfrog factory? It's now October, what's your opinion on Bullfrog products Thanks, jmo
