This is my first post and I would like to thank everyone for the information that is available to perspective spa owners. My Wife and I were looking for a fully insulated due to our winter weather (even though we live in central NM we get lots of snow and have high winds). We looked at the spas available locally and finally settled on Hot Spring - we got prices for both the Jetsetter and the Sovereign.
To make a long story short we also checked out the specifications of the Highlife at Costco. We ended up with the Highlife. It was delivered yesterday by the "local" Hot Spring dealer. I followed the suggestions on this site and gave the delivery folks some extra cash for the move it to the backyard. The delivery folks not only delivered it to the backyard the installed the cover lift and installed a Freshwater 3 Ozone system I purchased. They also included a start up kit.
I must say the Hot Spring dealer did do a good job of supporting the delivery.
From the outside and inside the access door the Highlife looks to have the same construction as the Sovereign we looked at.
Yes it has a smaller Jet Pump that the Sovereign but it meets our needs.
