Not if you go by the reviews on the internet.epinions.com for one or do a search in Google for Hot Spring Grandee and check out the bad reviews. I checked them out and they are not worth the money.Your paying to have the Hot Spring name on the spa.There are much better spas out there for the same dollars and some for less.

Take a look at epinions.com and see what others think of your (one of) the best spas on the market. Three out of 5 stars doesn't qualify for one of the best spas on the market but then again who cares about those stupid reviews and the cost to operate your salesman told you it was the best spa and specially built for Saskatoon winters.

I did actually read your post and in your post all you say is how much it is going to cost you per month and that you believe the lie your salesman told you. Oh and that Cost doesn't matter because you are going to be a Grande owner?Wow lucky you?Read what you said. Hot Springs are the best spa in the world and they can be run all winter without even a cover on.......My salesman told me so....Oh yea and cost doesn't matter did I mention that.

Can one of you dealers or service people tell me were I can find the $25.00 Hot Spring Guarantee?

And your dealer that wanted to sell you the spa told you so?If it costs more which it will he will pay you the difference?

D.P.Roberts: Thanks for the post. This is what people are looking for .Your experiences as an actual owner and user. I think I know what I'm looking for but will only know for sure after using.I also was looking at a huge tub to start off with and will probably settle into a smaller 4 person maximum sized spa after this one if I enjoy it and then I will again go looking for the features I want as I will have a better understanding in the future and hopefully saved up some more coin. Do post some pic's either here or elsewhere. Thanks so much Info.

I agree: but for me its more like I have expenses and only so much money left over so its spend $3000.00 and get to use a hot tub or wait till I save up $10000 in about 5 or 6 years.I plan on doing an insulation upgrade and I'm more than competent servicing the tub so I have no need of a service person only parts.Price is more important at this present time unless I win a lottery. I do own some middle to High end stereo equipment and couldn't listen to my music on anything less as I,m spoiled. I have drank fine wine but for everyday make do with table grade wine. I could put myself in dept and buy a top of the line spa and be stressed out about making the monthly payments but I prefer to try this out,see what I like and don't like about it. Like do I find myself actually useing it,do I use the jets much or just sit in the warm water?I may not even enjoy it and want to sell it next year. If you are just starting to learn to play guitar.You can go out and buy a top of the line Paul Reed Smith electric guitar or a James Olsen acoustic guitar which will set you back a little under $10000 or you can pick up a fender made in Mexico or a Yamaha or a Takamine guitar which by the way will only set you back about $800.00 and which by the way Garth Brooks Played on his tours as do a lot of other professional players. I believe that a lot of people want the best, go into dept to get it while others live within there means.I personally hate paying interest and grew up on a farm were you didn't purchase until you saved the money up.All of North America is caught up in have to have the best and have to have it now attitude. to Kd in NC Keep posting as most people here I think want to share.There are only a few bad apples.I havent had mine delivered yet but will let you know whats up. It may be best to start a mass email list and that way we could all share experiences and share information and avoid the few people on this post that are ruining it for everyone else. I am happy with tub so far...seems like i may have wandered into the wrong place. I thought I would get help in setting up and share success stories and prob solve with fellow spa owners. instead this is being over run by someone who either needs a different "hobby" or perhaps a job that is more fulfilling. Just a thought. Maybe we should start another blog for people who actually have things to say that people want to hear. Just a thought.... You are so right.

The same people on this post keep going over and over and over the same issues. I'm right......no I'm......no your not....O.K. both sides are right boy you can sure see how wars are started. How about someone starting a new post My New Hot Spa.This can be any hot spa.I for one would like to see some pictures submitted by the owners and there short and long term views of there spa experiences.We could then get to know what all the different spas out there are like and share our experiences. This would be great but I know that it wouldn't work unless some of the members here were blocked from submitting there."YOU DIDN'T GET THE HOT TUB FROM ME OR ANOTHER DEALER SO IT'S CRAP COMMENTS" and there long boring bashing posts. I chose this site to see peoples comments on there new or old tubs and not to read long posts from upset dealers or service employees. These few members are ruining it for us all and I don't think that I have to mention any names. I will check in from time to time so please post your new or old tub experiences and pictures please.To the members that kept this post on track thanks.
