Tropical Seas Spa - 2019 Tahiti - Pump #2 Issue

Most likely an air lock in the pumps wet end. Make sure all jets related to that pump are on/open. Try on/off several times and see if you can burp the air out. Other options include forcing water back through one of those jets with your garden hose or opening the panel and backing off the union at the face of the pump a 1/2 turn until the air comes out and then starts to move water.
