FreshWater® III

I've done a search and didn't find the answers I was looking for.

Questions

  1. Those that have owned a Freshwater III how long have they lasted?
  2. I've read they have lasted as long as "going on 3 years" and as littte as "6 months" - what's more realistic?
  3. Will you (or did you) replace it with another Freshwater III when it does stop working?
  4. Did it take long to figure out the chemical use changes?
  5. What were the biggest changes to your water treatment regiment?
