styro Posted October 31, 2009 Report Posted October 31, 2009 I'm new user of 325 gal Spa.So far I'm still learning from other members posts. Since I purchase my spa 2 moths ago my dealer set me up with lithium. I was wondering if lithium has some impact on my bouncing ph?every evening comes back to 8.0 from 7.7-7.8 after adding ph-. My TA is going down is around 90 from 130 one week ago. I hope after reaching 80 I will get mere stable at ph 7.8- 7.7? From other post I've notice people talking about 60( it is safe to keep at around 60 TA?) How good is lithium compering to chlorine and bromine? I'm purring lithium around 15-30 gram daily depend from the load(how many people was using) in the middle of my spa (it will be better to premix the chemical before purring in to the water) and how long I should keep my cover up since winter coming? So many questions at once, Sorry and big Thanks Quote
quantumchromodynamics Posted October 31, 2009 Report Posted October 31, 2009 Lithium hypochlorite is a type of chlorine. It is very expensive compared to other types of chlorine, such as bleach (sodium hypochlorite). Quote
