Watercolors pools Posted October 15, 2009 Report Posted October 15, 2009 What are you trying to accomplish by adding the wall. Will both sides of the wall be submerged? jkusmier Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 What are you trying to accomplish by adding the wall. Good question. Also, what materials do you propose? The only materials that come to mind are glass blocks - which lack the requisite strength and will fail. Do you mean some kind of decorative application, or perhaps a vanishing edge/spillover feature? Quote
quantumchromodynamics Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 You could use acrylic or glass. Acrylic would probably be your best option. Contact a plastics manufacturer or glass manufacturer and ask them what they have available. Contact a company that specializes in building large aquariums for design, engineering and materials consultation. Here is a reference you could contact. http://www.hydrosight.com/ Or this one http://www.glasscages.com/ Quote
