What are you trying to accomplish by adding the wall.

Good question. Also, what materials do you propose? The only materials that come to mind are glass blocks - which lack the requisite strength and will fail. Do you mean some kind of decorative application, or perhaps a vanishing edge/spillover feature?

You could use acrylic or glass. Acrylic would probably be your best option. Contact a plastics manufacturer or glass manufacturer and ask them what they have available.

Contact a company that specializes in building large aquariums for design, engineering and materials consultation.
