tanman Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 Hi I'm new here and was just wondering if someone can help me. I have a four person hot tub and it wont turn off unless I unplug it. The Pump is an external unit. Its a hydro quip 4000. I have it set on program one for timed heat and timed filtering. With a run time of 3hrs. I turned the thermostat down to see if it would turn off and it still is stuck on the filtering cycle. It has been running for about 12hrs now. This is my first hot tub and I don't know what to do. I have had it since April and this is the only time it has acted up. Any help would be greatly excepted. Thank you Quote
