PreservedSwine
You mean you're leaving the jet pump running? Or it heats up to 120F just sitting there plugged in, but not running?
lab61
Oops my bad it heats up to 120 when the jets are running. I have to completely shut it off and lift the lid to cool it down
PreservedSwine
The tub heats with the jets off. There is a separate 24/hr circ pump that runs in obscurity. If you leave the jets running, it will overheat due to the heat created by the jet pump and friction of the water. Just plug it in, put the lid on, and wait. Don't turn on the jets.
