Backyard PLus has a tech help feature that was immediately responsive, knew the electrical scheme of the Hot Spring relays and was able to guide me to the right relay for my older 115v heater. I had inadvertently purchased the wrong relay (dedicated to jet pump) in my attempt to replace a bad heater relay. Backyard Plus also is a parts retailer and their search feature is the most user friendly site I have seen after going through many of the online retailers searching for some idea of what part I really need. It searches for and matches parts based on serial number of your spa, all makes.
