TimKo Posted June 8, 2018 Report Share Posted June 8, 2018 I drained my spa and refilled it. I had only about a half bottle of leisure time calcium hardness and dumped it in. Normally to get my spa to 200 it takes 2 of the Leisure time bottles. I stopped by another spa store (I was out of town the next day) and picked up 2 bottles of ProClean calcium hardness increaser they were not a liquid so I dumped in a half a bottle and checked later in the day. I use the ColorT spa tester....a little meter with lab vials, anyway it said it went down to 8. So I dumped the rest and the other bottle in too. Not much happened it went up to 12. The next day I was able to pick up my 2 bottles of Leisure Time liquid. Came home and dumped one in....up to 20. Dumped in the next one....went up to 48. I'm out of product and out of patience.
