jimp Posted June 12, 2016 Report Share Posted June 12, 2016 Hello All, Newbie here. I bought a house which has a pool & spa sanitized by biguanide. I want to make sure the spa is nice & sanitary so I took the jets out & want to sanitize them. I guess I can't use chlorox since I guess it's the same as chlorine, right? chem geek Posted June 17, 2016 Report Share Posted June 17, 2016 If you removed the jets, you can disinfect them with anything so long as you rinse them thoroughly before and after disinfection.
