linuxos77 Posted July 6, 2014 Report Share Posted July 6, 2014 We recently bought a house that has a Thermospa Concord (2007) on the back patio. It has a TS2000 spa pack and TS703 top side control. The buttons on the top side control are very unresponsive, taking 20+ pushes to register. All of the buttons have this issue (temp/pump/blower etc). Once the function registers everything seems to work (I can eventually get all pumps/blower/light) to work. I figured the top side controls must have been damaged and ordered a new one from Thermospa. However even with the new controls the issue remains. I've also tried switching which port on the spa pack they connect to, still same issue. There are no error codes on the panel and everything seems to work like I said (water will get to temperature and I can eventually get everything to turn on). Any suggestions on what to check next? I prefer to do the work myself over having Thermospa come here (haven't heard great things about them). Thanks, new to hot tubs/spas.
