eagro
I bought a 2000 hot springs grandee that looks to be in great shape. Im going to rebuild the pumps and change all the O rings in the valves this winter to get in ready for spring. It has a Freshwater II ozonator, 2 wavemaster 7000 pumps, silent flow 5000 circ pump, IQ 2000 control, 2003 no fault heater 6000 (must have been replaced). Is there a way to test the ozonator without water? Is there a way to clean/sanatize the plumbing system with it empty? I was even thinking of removing the Everwood shell and checking all the hidden plumbing. Ill do whatever it takes to get this puppy running perfect. Any suggestion would be great. thanks.. hjames710
Try filling it first, test it out, you may not even need to take the wood off, in fact, I wouldn't recommend it unless you have to, each piece has to be torn off individually, and it will never look the same, the plumbing is all covered in foam anyways, so you can't see.
