Hello, My Master Spa LS700 is having a pump problem. When the pump is plugged in, and the circuit breaker is activated, it will trip. But occasionally, it won't. When it does not trip with the pump plugged in the pump makes a HUMMMMMMM without even being activated. When I activate it through the topside panel, it turns on, pumps water and then HUMMMM (when HUMMING it won't pump water). This happens every 4 seconds. Some people say its the capacitor, but if thats the problem wouldn't it not even pump water in the first place? Thanks! -5koliny
