  1. So this winter I came home to a blown out fitting on the pipe to/thru the heater (left side coming into heater box). I believe it was due to an "OH" error (which I've seen before & shuts the jacuzzi down) which shut the heater down, water froze, black clamp fitting busted, water drained out. So yesterday I replaced the fitting, filled it & it fired up as normal, circulated & all seemed fine. BUT, the water never heated up. I checked all wires & fittings. So does this seems like a heater issue? I can easily find the heater & replace myself, but I'm not 100% sure that's the most likely issue. Thoughts? Thanks!
  2. I have read through everything online, and done every step possible to try and figure out the problem maybe you guys can help me, my spa stopped heating recently and I cleaned the filters and checked the heating element. it was covered in scale build up and had rust on it, also the breaker was tripping from time to time and in my experience that usually means it needs a new heater element. I noticed before replacing the heater element that there was no power going to the heating element. I thought it was safe guarding the spa till it got a heating element that could hold the power and not pop the breaker. replaced the element and there is still no power to the heating element and the tub will not heat up. it's not popping the breaker anymore. but there is no power going to the heating element. as far as i can tell all the fuses are fine. I can hear the relay working but no power to the element. there are no codes popping up. thanks
  3. I have a pentair minimal nt and pentair easy touch set up. When I press the spa button on my remote my actuators move properly and the heater turns on but instead of the remote light and spa light coming on....the remote light and the POOL light come on (on the heater control panel). How do I make it so the spa light comes on? I Have the pool temp set low (and rarely heat the pool in coastal texas) and the spam temp set high (97 degrees) and want the heater to follow protocol for the spa settings. When I messed with this last night I had to manually switch to spa mode at the heater control panel, and it started heating however it only got to 93 degrees instead of 97....what I had it set at. I just replaced the water sensor a few days ago...is there a temp sensor for the heater? Thanks for any help you have to offer. I appreciate all of the knowledge I've found on this forum.
