Can’t find AP switch 472481 with a blue label. I’ve seen others with different numbers and colored labels. Are these interchangeable? Thanks.

Hey Canadian spa tech can I use a blower for a Minimax nt tsi 200 in place of a 400? I can find a 400 anywhere.

I have a Minimax nt tsi 400 with blower # 472524. Electrical storm came through and fried the circuit board so I replaced it. Now the fan won’t click on And I get an air flow (one blink red light on the fenwall). So Replaced the run capacitor and the blower still doesn’t come on. Is there a cheaper option to replace the blower? Haven’t been able to find any 472524 blowers anyway. thanks. Gabe.

Have the older Minimax nt tsi 400. Went out to check the equipment and the only light that was on was the "Pressure SW" light. Had a good electrical storm go through and take out my WiFi router, electric dryer and I guess the pool heater. I replaced the transformer, hoping for a cheap fix but it did not work. What do you think is bad....the main digital display #472100? Thanks

Can anyone tell me if I have 12v or 120v? I think I have 12v but not sure. Heres a pic of my control panel. Any help would be great. Thanks

La01n booster quit working. Would hum then shut off. Replaced capacitor on top/outside and still hums then shuts off. I can spin the shaft freely with my fingers from the back end. When power is applied the shaft spins on its own but still shuts off after a few seconds. Any help is appreciated. thanks

Update : replaced: thermistor, ignitor, flame sensor and run capacitor. Still throwing e05 code. Things I know: I can see through glass window: ignitor glows, blue flames dancing, hot air out of blower vent....then clicks off....warmish air continues out of blower vent....ignitor glows, blue flames dancing....cycles about 3 times then throws e05 code. Any heater gurus, Thanks

Hello All, Hope i'm in the right place for a hot tub heater question. I have a Pentair Minimax NT tsi heater. I tried to heat up the hot tub the other day and the following happened. The heater came on. I have the model with the little glass window. I could see a small glow of the starter, then the burners lit (the glow through the window was brighter and more intense), the fan blew HOT exhaust out of the top exhaust...it ran for several seconds and then the burners and igniter went out. The fan continued to blow warm-ish air out of the exhaust. Several seconds later the igniter started to glow, the burners lit and HOT air was coming out the top. It shut down again. This cycle happened a couple times and then the service light came on and it threw an E05 code. I bought and replaced the Thermistor and a new igniter. Still same codes. I ordered a new flame sensor and will put that in when it comes in. Is there something more i should be doing? Am I going in the wrong direction? Thanks in advance for your expertise, Gabe

Extra info: the power LED green indicator on the circuit board for the intellichlor is on. The white 10 amp is a load center resettable IOA breaker.

My intellichlor ic40 (I think) is not lit up, has no power. There is NOT a fuse next to the plug at the bottom of the control panel. At the top of the panel, behind the control buttons, is a black 10 amp white breaker button. Need some help. Thanks, Gabe

MiniMAX.....not minimal.....auto correct!!

I have a pentair minimal nt and pentair easy touch set up. When I press the spa button on my remote my actuators move properly and the heater turns on but instead of the remote light and spa light coming on....the remote light and the POOL light come on (on the heater control panel). How do I make it so the spa light comes on? I Have the pool temp set low (and rarely heat the pool in coastal texas) and the spam temp set high (97 degrees) and want the heater to follow protocol for the spa settings. When I messed with this last night I had to manually switch to spa mode at the heater control panel, and it started heating however it only got to 93 degrees instead of 97....what I had it set at. I just replaced the water sensor a few days ago...is there a temp sensor for the heater? Thanks for any help you have to offer. I appreciate all of the knowledge I've found on this forum.
