Thanks for replying Yes Indeed it did and is now heating and working perfectly I assumed after the initial 30sec firing it had shut down permanently I gave up left it, to find out later it was heating, happy days wife used it today all good.

Wife drained and cleaned tub for winter recently refilled it worked ok for a few days, then it stopped heating no fault codes showing. I tested voltage and no power going to heating element assumed control box relay so replaced controller. Replaced Powered up got pr mode and a few minutes later the circulation pump ran I can see flow and relay clicked heater gets power and tubs draws around 10Amps (2kw heater) for about 30 seconds then heater stops recieving power pump continues to run still no error codes except led on lower temp button flickers rapidly. Suspected air locks so checked water in various pips by craking open slightly at unions don't thinks it air lock, suspect sensors but no error codes at a loss now. Thanks for any help hopefully
