  1. Is it normal procedure to use pressure plugs when testing spa housings for leaks? We have 3 out of 6 spa housings with cracks in the threads and was wondering if the pressure plugs were screwed in too tightly when the leak testing was done. Thanks for any and all help/advice.
  2. I have a spa that sits above our pool and spills over into it. I just had a leak detection company tell me that 3 of the six spa return housings in the spa are cracked and that is where I am losing water. They are telling me that in order to replace these cracked housing that a section of my deck will need to be taken out and the spa housings ground out of the spa wall. We just had the pool/spa resurfaced two years ago for $20,000 😞 Is it possible to epoxy the inside of the existing housings to repair the leaks? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. Have a wonderful day.
