Hi, I'm looking for some help troubleshooting a Jacuzzi J-365 (2010) that isn't heating. The circuit board does have some charring by the relays, but I've still got 240V at the relay terminals when the heater is on. Is there a way to isolate whether the relays/board is bad or if it's the heater itself?
