  1. Yes, was working last fall/winter. Have been trying to bring back into service since late November. Replaced 3 of the 5 relays (ones switching power to heater). 60 amp circuit. Only getting a single relay to switch. The coupled relay isn't switching. I'm guessing that one of the two are triggered by the pressure sensor and the other the thermostat?
  2. Isolated heating element, was tripping breaker, replaced. One relay turns on (Red connected to one side of element). The other side of the element is powered through 2 relays (branch circuit?) first relay is not switching. 2 speed motor, runs on low for circulation and high for jets (I think). When I switch motor to high it trips the circuit. Will this keep the heating element from cycling on if pump is in low speed?
  3. When you say resets, you mean the control and not the breaker. Correct? Have you verified your pump is grounded?
