Thanks for the reply. Yes the smaller 680uf cap is domed. It isn't leaking but its defiantly not flat compared to the others. I was wondering if that cap is within the wiring diagram that might be causing the "no display" and power on sequence. Most of the other cap issues I have seen on this board relate to the bigger cap on the old design whereas this design has two of the 2200uf caps. Those two "seem" ok and flat.

History First: LA Spas Hot tub purchased 11/2013 Board Model # IN.XE-5-11 Board PN 9920-200998 Problem with periodic no flow on the display. Tested without filters and running pumps on high for 30 minutes. Problem went away for a day then back to no flow. Replaced the heater pack with temp probe and flow sensor. Put it all back together and powered on to a lit display with nothing on the display. I had noticed that the display would get dim and do the whole LCD blending thing like there was some issue there prior to disassembly of the heater pack. Display will not respond to keypress but it does have power since the led's are on. Checked all the fuses, checked for 240v, checked all the things that have been mentioned in other threads. All tests didn't reveal anything wrong. Drained the tub and pulled the pack out. Took it apart and pulled the board out. Nothing burnt anywhere but the little 680uf capacitor has a slight bulge on the top. I don't know the board diagram for this but would this capacitor be responsible for the display or boot up sequence ? I went ahead and ordered some extra of the 4 capacitors on the board to be ready to replace when they arrive. Am I on the right track or does anyone have suggestions otherwise ?
