Wiffleguy

I have had my hot tub less than 2 months and have not yet gotten the hang of getting the water correct. I have had a pool most of my life and have not problems but this is definitely a different animal. I have been doing everything the spa store has told me and this is the 2nd time I have gotten a total chlorine level of over 12 with a free chlorine under a 1. Each week I seem to have to add alkalinity and PH decreaser and that seems to be keeping my PH in a good range, but they have me adding a tbsp of chlorinating concentrate (sodium dichlo). I also have a Frog Ease system in my tub as well. Could this be contributing to the problem? If anyone needs any other info I would be happy to provide it. My hot tub is a Tropic Seas Waikiki if that helps as well.
