I get no power to the topside unit

Yes I get 120v, Which fuses need to be tested???

Hey guys, new to the forum. I have a x-400 dream maker and I’m getting no power. Even tho I have tested connection. I was wondering since I bought this on marketplace, could the wiring be wrong. Does anyone have a diagram or a picture they can shoot me if there’s. BALBOA 53247
