  1. We just bought a condo with a 540 Beachcomber hot tub. After two weeks, the water level dropped 8”. Since we had not used the tub in the two weeks of purchasing the condo, we question why the water levels dropped so quickly as we also own a hot tub at our home and water never drops as much. We checked all the motor housing and pump connections, and found no evidence of a leak. Discouraged, we called a local hot tub retailer and technician to come out and look at it. It was clear to the professional in seeing 3 jet covers missing and the deteriorating seals around the jets, this was determined to be the source of the water leaking. We even sent messages and pictures for confirmation to the manufacturer and they agreed. Of course the previous owner claimed the hot tub sprung a leak after we bought the condo. Now we are heading to the courts for a remedy. Anyone with any suggestions ?
