  1. This issue is now resolved for me. I did not do anything specific to fix a problem I found, but here's what happened. I brought the pump inside to look at it in more detail (I was planning on taking off the cover to look inside). I put it on a table, then set it on its left side, then lifted it from the bottom about 45 degrees so I could look at the types of screws it has. Set it on its side again. After a few minutes, I stood it right back up, plugged it in, and decided to run the massage function again - longer than before this time. After about 20 seconds of no air, suddenly a burst of water and air shot out of the pipe. I stopped it, took it outside, and it kept working the way I expected it to, so I was able to continue inflating the hot tub.
  2. Hoping this innocent bump will result in a helpful reply. Still dealing with this.
  3. All, We have a Saluspa St. Moritz inflatable hot tub that we (my son) bought last year or maybe the year before. The pump is Bestway Model No S100105 (date on the side of pump is 2021-05-07). It has worked in the past. According to my son, he last used it in August of 2022. It has been just sitting outside on our patio since then. He did not winterize it or anything. He was going through the motions of cleaning it up and making it work again. Noticed that the liner needs air. Currently, when we press the button to inflate the hot tub, it does not work. Attached is a video I took which shows that no air comes out of the pipe - even though it sounds like the motor is running. How can I fix this issue? The manufacturer website is not that helpful.
