Thank you! Will definitly crack it open, forgot to mention too we installed/converted it a salt water system. Im not sure if that would affect the buildup or not. Thanks again for all the info, greatly appreciated.

Is there another brand pump i could use? Or is that one the most suitable.

2000 dimension one arena ultralite The circ pump has been tripping the breaker, its been going on for about a year or 2. We did the whole unplug certain wires and whatnot to determine its the circ pump. What normally happens is my dad will install a new circ pump, everything will run fine for a couple weeks, then it will start tripping, more frequently as its kept on, until one point it cant stay on for more than 5 seconds. He’ll install a new one and repeat. Ive checked the wiring and cant seem to figure out why, i know its possibke but i cant see a circ pump going bad after 3 months.
