Deliverator

I have a 2011 Master Spa twilight 10 foot hot tub. In October 2021 I dried it out and winterized it by making sure I got rv antifreeze in all the lines. We didn’t use it last year. But today we opened it up then cleaned it out and refilled then drained it to make sure we were dealing with fresh clean water. When I turned on the breaker everything seemed normal both times this afternoon so about 4 hours ago I left it to continue the heating cycle with a full tub of fresh water. Now it’s 1:30 am and I went back out to check on it but it has lost a lot of water and went into dry fail safe on the control panell. I shut off the breaker. I can kind of hear water dribbling but can’t visually see any leaks. I, not sure what else to write… but do you have any ideas? Thanks.
