  1. It’s got a cover usually this was error on my part this time but I’m hopeful now that you’ve said you had it happen. It’s gonna be warm the next couple of day so I’ll let the sun dry it out
  2. I kind of figure that but the wait is killing me
  3. Hey guys so I replaced the wet end on my circulation pump today. I have done it on other pumps in the past but today I guess I didnt tighten the impeller tight enough and water started to come out the shaft side. Well I guess in the panic to stop it and un screwing the pipes I must have gotten the pump wet because now when I flip the breaker on it trips. If I unplug the pump from the control box and flip the breaker it stays on. Did completely mess up the pump or does it just need to dry out?
  4. There doesn’t seem to be signs around it and I checked all fittings and gaskets
  5. Maybe 2-3 inch a week the inside of the cover is always soaked and dripping
  6. Hi everybody, I’m a new owner of a hot tub, I got it this past summer and now I’m trying to run it during the winter. We live in northern Jersey and the temperatures are colder now anywhere from single digits to low 30s. My question is, how do I stop my hot tub from evaporating so much water? I have tried using one of those bubble wrap type thermal insulators however, I am still losing water from evaporation relatively quick. I have checked for leaks, could not find any all my pumps, and such are external. Any bit of advice is appreciated. Thanks!
