Hi, I have the same problem with my Tiger River Spa, I have replaced the control board, relay board and had the jet pump motor checked, the problem persists. There is a slight discoloration on the underside of the control board that looks like something is getting hot. see photo. My spa runs on 240ac so the J303 jumper is set to Export, all the relays are 12v, the jumper is set so. When I disconnect the Jet motor the system operates as it should, there is 240 ac on the jet pump output terminal, P19. It seems the load increase when the jet pump starts, is dragging down the control power and causing the unit to momentarily switch off, switching on again when the pump stops. The symptom is the jet pump pulsing on and off and all the heater and recirc pump cycling on and off. On the odd occasion the Jet pump will run continuously after pulsing on and off a couple of times. I am at wits end on this fault. Any help is greatly appreciated.
