When I press the settings button it takes me to this screen. Everything there is locked including keypad settings. The tub turns on and the jets work but you can’t regulate the temp as it is locked. It is set on a very low temperature. Thank you again.

Every item that is listed has a lock icon to the left. I can highlight each, but can’t access any.

Thanks again. The manual will come in handy. I've looked through and watched most of Kissman's videos. He doesn't address it either that I could find. Odd, isn't it? If any of y'all know the button sequence to unlock, I would appreciate it.

Good day! I hope you could help. A hydropool came with our new to us place, but it is in lock mode. Any ideas as to how to get it unlocked? I believe it is a 2017 self cleaning model. No manuals with it. Thanks in advance.
