  1. Ok Apologizing first. I know probably asked 100k times. I’ve researched and read for hours and hours and now I’m just lost. I just got a 2004 jetsetter working right and filled it with water and new filters. I have read too much about water treatment and now my brain has turned into jello. I took a water sample to local pool/spa shop who said my tap water was good, just use 1/4 chlorine tablet in a small floater and everything else will be fine. He sold me 3 tablets and the floater and a 2 way test kit. After that I started reading on all the different chemicals and minerals and now I’m just completely dumbfounded. I don’t know what to do, what chemicals I need or mineral sticks or where to even start. Why isn’t there a simple or even better super elaborate flow chart somewhere or something? What do I do? What do I need? What brand Is best for the money? I need complete step by step instructions. Thank you to everyone that can help.
  2. Hello all I need some advice. I have an 04 Jetsetter J converted to 230v and the jet pump won’t come on. The sub panel breakers are not tripping. The circulation pump works fine and the heater works fine. When I push The Jets button or the clean button all I hear is a click and the wave master 7000 does nothing at all no humming no trying to start.. nothing. The outside control panel has the red power light on and the green ready light on and inside the iq 2020 also has the green light on for power and red light on for heat and when I push the jets button I hear a click on the circuit board and another red light on the circuit board clicks on but that’s it. I’ve checked voltage on the board terminals going to the pump when I push the jets button and black to white is 0v and black to green is 120v. Also I can turn the wave master 7000 pump shaft with my finger there is no residue in that area or on the impeller no leaks no visible rust on the shaft and no burnt electrical smells either. At this point I’m not sure what to do. Maybe a pro tech can chime in. Is the motor gone on the wave master?? All help is appreciated.
