  1. Does anyone know if this would be the correct direct replacement for my in.xe spa pack? I have posted current spa pack below with link to one i found online as well. I have a Dynasty Spa with 2 pumps, circ pump, ozone, lights, and speakers. Current spa pack: Possible replacement: https://spacare.com/GeckoAewareIN.XEControlBox0602-221046.aspx?gclid=Cj0KCQjw-fmZBhDtARIsAH6H8qh_ClHuIxTXpccYVHqf6z3jA6bM45uyK7LKGB5bWP1UshFyrUhvBrYaAmR7EALw_wcB
  2. Im in Ohio. I recently got the relay to work again randomly but as of yesterday its running pump 2 again constantly.
  3. I havent tried to run the spa overnight with only pump 1 connected yet. I will try leaving it out and put Low level prog. to one pump circ pump set up. Assuming I get the HR code with it out i assume that would that make not repairing the board worth that time? Are the relays for these boards hard to find in your experience or are they all pretty much the same? i.e find same rated relay?
  4. Hi, I am having issues with my 2nd spa pump which wont turn off ever even when turning top side Pump #2 to off. I was given the Spa by someone else and it has worked fine ever since I got it with the exception of having to replace the circulation pump due to it being a bad motor. Quick background. My spa has worked for last 7 months of use up until last week my pump #2 stopped working completely. I found a bad fuse within spa pack and replaced it with exact same fuse as before. Upon starting the spa I noticed that my Pump 2 immediately comes on after boot finishes and remains to run during all the other initial starts. After I noticed this I tried to turn Pump #2 off and the keypad responded but I continue to get power to the pump regardless. I unplugged pump 2 and tested voltage from the pack and am getting 240 volts even when pump is set to off. My Heater will kick on with circ pump and pump 1 will shut off but I noticed overnight I got an HR code and had to reset. I am guessing the blown fuse was due to pump 2 running with circ pump during filter cycle. I have also confirmed low level programming. I am just wanting to make sure I am correct about my diagagnosis before I start worrying about messing with spa pack further. Everything else in spa is reponding to top side control. My current spa pack is IN.XE-5-11-H4.0-1-2-K-K-D-32k-DY1. 2 jet pumps (both 2 speeds I think? with pump 2 being high speed only.) Circ pump, ozinator, K-85 top side controller, & sound system. Low Level programming is set to LL3 which was from the guide someone from Gecko had emailed me. I am wondering if spa pack board is bad/faulty and causing power to constantly flow to pump 2 but I also want to make sure I check everything else before worring about costs of new spa pack. Thank you
