I noticed there seems to be a spot on the circuit board that looks rusty and next to it it says high speed pump.

Hey there. We recently purchased a home and the house came with a 01 cal spa. We got the water filled and are trying to get the tub started but the water coming out of the jets seems weak. I disconnect the line from the pump to try and purge any air but it is the same. I also was reading the manual and it seems as though there should be a low and high speed on the jets but only the low speed works. When you push the jet button a second time it just turns off. Hopefully it’s an easy fix and thanks for your time
