Hi all , I have just received a Hawaii and it pumped up fine but I’m wondering if the floor inflates it seems a bit loose ? any suggestions appreciated

Hi sorry for hijacking the question but how did you manage to inflate the floor ? My first attempt and the sides are up but the floor isn’t? Is the a separate valve ?
