  1. Indeed! It’s looking promising that that’s the culprit. I was able to open the wiring cage with pump still attached and get a picture to compare to the diagram. When comparing I noticed a sticker on the pump that says it’s pre-wired for 115 (blue and brown). So I’m draining now and getting ready to pull the pump to move the brown and blue to match the diagram. I’ll let you know how it turns out! Thanks again for sleuthing with me.
  2. CanadianSpaTech you are SAVING me from myself! Thank you for all your help with this! I replaced the circuit board Spring of 2021 and yes, it worked great after until the circulation pump quit. I’ll post pics of board and schematic tomorrow morning but here’s one of the flow switch. When I replaced that, I placed the wires in the harness and made sure that the tabs were secure before connecting it. I checked again today to make sure no connections were loose. I replaced the circulation pump about 3 months after the board…In August I think of 2021 and have had the flow error ever since. I winterized it and hoped it would magically go away when reopening for the year but to no avail. 😁 I watched the flow switch and it is open and closes and makes contact only when the circulation pump comes on…thus engaging the heater. We don’t have a light but just an icon on our topside control panel. Now your question about the voltage of my new circulation pump is interesting. I had a parts rep help me order (but happen to have the old one still for comparison and will post pics for your eyes). But when I went outside to take those pics I noticed a high/low voltage setup for the electrical (see pic) and am now wondering if perhaps I just wired it for low voltage on accident. Come to think of it, the pump does feel quite hot to the touch…but I thought was normal. Do you think that could be it? Might be time for a drain and rewire. 😳🤞
  3. I installed it…and unfortunately the replacement didn’t have any effect. Functioned the same before and after the replacement. I realized in reading back that I might have left out a component that changes things… My flashing flo error does not stop circulation or heating element from working. So upon turning on the breaker the tub circulation pump comes on with heat, runs for about 1 minute with no error code (waterfall on and working) then stops. Upon the circulation and heat stopping my control panel flashes flo and alternates with temp of tub. Sits quiet for about 5 minutes then kicks on again with the same thing-circulation and heat come on, code goes away but only runs for a min. When circulation and heater stop, flo error comes back and flashes with temp. It has done this now for two days trying to come to temp…which now we’re close to, reading 98 degrees (up from 59). I thought it might be the relay so I tried moving the wires around like I read in another post but again, no change. Could the flow error be caused by NO filter in place? Like too much flow? 🤣 I have one on order bc the previous owner didn’t have the correct one in and since I’ve been troubleshooting have not put the old one back in. I know I’m grasping at straws here but super stumped! And too darn stubborn to quit.
  4. Thanks Cranbiz! I definitely already tried the filters to no avail. I think you’re right and both my motors are supposed to be one speed so all good there-but you’re saying that no jets are supposed to come on with the circulation pump running? (That’s good bc I thought that was my problem!) Still leaves me stumped with this darn Flashing Flo error though! 🤔 Guess I’ll try and vacuum out what’s in the circulation pump to see if maybe there’s a blockage or something restricting the flow as that’s the last thing I can think of!
  5. I have a 2005 Sundance Cameo. I'm having a FLO error and have researched (and tried everything) to try and resolve it...upon my research I stumbled across a video that showed the tub in circulation...and it's jets were on kind of a low speed. Here's my question-are there supposed to be jets that fire when in circulation mode? Upon filling my tub and starting it, it flashed cool with the temp of the water. It ran the circulation pump but NO jets, showed heating for about 5 minutes then shut off and now flashes flo, cool, and the temp. It has continued this cycle now (circulation pump and heater turning on for around 5 minutes) and has actually raised the temp of the water (albeit very slowly-days). All jets work fine when I press the button on the control panel to turn them on. I can see the bubbles when circulation pump is on and the waterfall works great. I've filled it correctly and bled all the lines, in all the ways, for air-just in case. Upon reading the manual online it seems that the jets are supposed to operate with the circulation pump when in this "cool" mode automatically? This got me thinking that perhaps my Jet Pump #1 has a lower speed that isn't working with circulation and that could be causing the FLO error? Does anybody know if this tub is supposed to have a 2 speed pump? I'm getting conflicting information from my own research and can't trust what's in the tub currently bc I have no history of repairs or replacements. For a little history, when I got the tub one of the jet pumps was not working and the circulation pump was on it's way out but it ran fine! When it stopped working I replaced the circulation pump and figured I would go ahead and replace the jet pump that never worked either. Ever since I replaced those and turned it on, I've had this FLO error that I can't seem to fix. Here's what's been replaced in total so far: Circuit Board, Topside Control, Circulation Pump, Flow Switch, and Jet Pump #2. Here's a recap of my questions: Does a Sundance Cameo, 880 series, from 2005, have 2 single speed pumps, or 1 double speed and 1 single speed? Are any jets supposed to be on when in circulation? Can a 2 speed pump work on one speed but not on the other? Please Help!
  6. I’m having EXACTLY the same issues here except to add in a newly replaced circuit board and topside control panel. Still have the flashing flo error too but everything else is working…completely stumped. Just checked my flo switch installation and def have good contact in sensor loom-can somebody tell me if I installed it backwards or too tightly?? (Pics attached) Like the original post, I have great jet flow and circulation (when it comes on) but it’s not staying on and thus taking a very long time to heat. My panel flashes a flo with the temp consistently.
