Yes, it is a 115v system and I have 115v at the wire to the heater. I have .10 ohms between the black (hot) wire and the white, no apparent reset button on the heater. Thank you for your reply

I have a Watkins spa 03’ model with I.Q. 2020 board. I have replaced the heater board after it fried and the circ pump. Heater still didn’t work so now I have updated the heater to the 6 kw no fault replacement. My question is, I have flow and voltage from the board and to the heater but it is not heating. Am I missing something or is this new element possibly bad?
