I had a service guy come out and he couldn’t find one by pulling off the side panels. I noticed one of my foot jets doesn’t push out the water as good as the other two , it kinda like sputters out very weak. Something feels off about it. I asked if he could check that jet as perhaps that hey could be leaking but he said the hot tub would have to be lifted up off the floor to access that. Is that the only way to access the foot jet ?

Got my master spa hot tub about 1.5 years ago. Notice water around the base of tub, mostly on one side. Opened up the panels Ans it’s dry but the water level keeps dropping about 1.5 inches a week and the one side of the concrete is a frozen block of ice. Where could it be leaking from inside the panels is dry?! I posted some pictures of how much water was lost in 8 days Ans I haven’t used it in the past 8 days . Thanks!
