Hi, My hot tub was heating but not to temp requested, then not at all. The flow pump is working fine, lots of water/bubbles coming from the bottom. Just not hot water. I bought this hot tub a year ago, its worked well until I was gone for over a month. I am on a well so the water isn't best quality. When I drained there is a lot of calcuim inside the heating cartridge housing and wrapping the heating element itself. Would this alone keep it from heating properly? Any tips are appreciated. This is my first hot tub and I am hoping to fix it on my own! Also, there is a leak when the pump runs, what is the chance of finding a replacement gasket? Thanks BEn I have ceramic filters in the unit. I think they should be fabric?
