Tubby the hot tub

I have a brand new masterspa twilight 7.2. It is hooked up and ready to go, the control panel has power but when we prime nothing happens with the pumps. Silence. No noise. If there was an airlock, would we at least hear the pump humming or something? Is it possible electric on the control panel is correct but the electrical to the pumps is wrong? Are the one and the same? Any guidance is appreciated. So frustrating.
