I think so so far can’t get it off I’m trying to find a wrench for it.

Hello, got into a house with a old pool system and the pool side cleaner pressure is low. the cleaner will not move. Everything is clear and clean. having trouble getting help that won’t break the bank. Can someone help me ID this part as I’m thinking it might be clogged and part of the cleaner pressure. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!!!
