Yes, I did everything. For the sensor I have changed the entire system ( heating element with sensor installed brand new) and the same problem. My friend have has the same problem and finally he changed the entire controller. I think this is a common problem for this model. He will bring his defective controller and me I will try to fix it. I have checked the pump, the valves and everything is ok.

I checked the pump flow and all good. That means is the board. Tomorrow somebody will send me another similar board with the same issue and I will start the dissection.

Yes, I did it. I have tested without filters, I replaced the heating element with flow sensor and nothing.

Has anyone managed to fix a board related to this error “FLO” for a Gecko IN.XE-5-11-H4.0? I ask before I start from scratch to fix my spa. I cannot afford a new controller 700CAD.
