Does anyone know if there is a finish similar to the type of finish the Van Kirk pools uses? Not the gem type finishes, but the solid blue.

Designing and building (owner/builder) an in-ground pool (45x17) with a sundeck and a 7’ square spa/hot tub area on the shallow end. Can i design it so that when the spa is activated, the water level drops below the spillovers (that go into the pool) and the heated water stays in the spa? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
