Quick? about the above. I too have an unmoving moto massage jet in my '07 Soverign II. I just recently did my quarterly drain, clean, & refill. I have plenty of flow from all jets and just installed clean, new filters during my drain & refill.
I did replace the air line a few months ago, because it wasn't working. Upon closer inspection the air hose was disconnected and just looked tired/old.
I'll be trying the dangle test next, but in the meantime, I wanted to ask about the black o-ring. I initially installed the air hose by connecting it at the hose nipple against the outside of the tub, closest to the cabinet, where there's a clear hose clamp (for lack of a better word) and I installed the o-ring at the other, flexible end of the jet.
Is that correct or should it go the other way, with the o-ring closet to the tub cabinet end of the air hose? Please excuse my ignorance but I just wanted to be sure that was right before trying the dangle test. Thank you, in advance, for your assistance.
