I got one November 2019 so it isn't a 2020 but probably very much alike. I wish I'd got the smaller version as I feel like I am floating away most of the time. I was torn between the two and if I could go back, I would have gotten the smaller one. Also, one side of the lid puffs up constantly. (not saying it's a viking issue, I just never had one do that before) So annoying. It did have a part go out of the first year but it was covered. I had no issue getting that replaced.
