four blinking dashes

I have four blinking dashes on my 2006 Caldera Elation. Circulation pump is working. heater Relay circuit board has been changed and everything worked five for two days when the 30 amp fuse out side, (sub) tripped. The heater and main circuit boards were checked and reassembled and the circ pump started but the dashes appeared and and none of the other functions would work.
